If you are wondering what good customer care looks like, meet the ladies at Steensons in Belfast. I went to enquire about resizing a ring. It wasn’t possible with mine, but they could direct me to another workshop, which was fine. When I mentioned I needed to have the ring cut first as it was too tight and I could no longer remove it, one lady said “I can do that for you now” and did, with some difficulty. Beat that.
